AIBC received "Sign of Sustainability" award certificate of Sustainable Tompkins, the citation is: "AIBC International, a locally based company specializing in renewable-energy products, has pushed into the LED lighting market. AIBCs LED (light-emitting diodes) bulbs give off as bright a light as standard bulbs, but with much lower energy consumption. AIBC is now the only company in New York State that produces Energy Star-qualified LED PAR lamps."
